Instant Blackberry Frozen Yoghurt
Restricted day recipe
300 g (10½ oz) low-fat Greek yoghurt, frozen
320 g (11 oz) blackberries, setting aside 8 to serve
Remove the yoghurt from the freezer and allow it to thaw slightly at room temperature for a few minutes.
Whizz the yoghurt and blackberries in a food processor until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Serve straight away, with 2 whole blackberries per portion to decorate.
