Green mint tea

large handful fresh mint
1 green tea bag
Strip the leaves from its stems.
Warm a teapot, jug or bowl with boiling water, discard it and then add the mint leaves. Add just enough water to cover the leaves, swirl it around the pot and then pour out the water, retaining the leaves.
Next, add the tea bag and refill the pot with boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes to infuse before drinking.
